Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

If for some unforeseen reason, there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 3 days of the receipt of your item. We seek to make you satisfied with your purchase, and experience with us. We are willing to work with you, and want you to feel comfortable purchasing from us.  


Refunds and exchanges are issued on any NEW and UNUSED product that is returned within 10 DAYS of receipt.  Items that are returned in a condition other than a NEW condition will not be issued a refund.  You, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  If an exchange is being made we will send an invoice to include the shipping charges for the exchanged item.  If a return is being made, only the original sale price will be refunded, no shipping charges!

 Please understand that if for some reason that you do require an exchange, there will be a processing time after we receive the order back.

 All of our clearance or custom made items are FINAL SALE.  There are no refunds on any custom made item.  As it was made per measurements or specifications made by you, and cannot be resold.   All of our Monogrammed/Personalized items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a problem and error on our part.   


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 All of our items are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority when needed.

 Custom Items, or Large Orders(more than 3 items) may take more time to fulfill.  If you need a shipping timeline, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

 Our shipping and handling charges include all packing materials, labels, envelopes used to actually ship the item. 

 If you want to purchase shipping insurance, or signature confirmation, please let me know. Depending on weight most of our smaller items are shipped using USPS first class.  First class shipping does come with tracking details, but does not have the included insurance that Priority Mail does.  Please keep this in mind.


**Please note, once your order leaves us, and you have tracking info, we cannot be responsible for items not received, damaged,  or items that are delayed. **


- If you live within the US, you will receive a delivery confirmation/ tracking number from. It will be sent to your email account that is registered with us. *Once the tracking # states the package has been delivered/or in route I am not liable for non-delivery claims.*  Please understand this before you make a purchase with us, once the package leaves our hands it's out of our control. 


 - Be advised, shipping can take 7-10 business days, depending on the country, as per the USPS website. However, packages can get held up in customs, and delivery can take as long as 4 weeks. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.  We (AmyAnneApparel) are not responsible for any additional fees (customs fees, tariffs, etc).
